Air Control Products Architectural Division was honored to collaborate with Gundlach Sheet Metal Works Inc., on the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church exterior improvements project located in Sandusky, Ohio. Zion and their architect were looking for an aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient
solution to fill old, unused window openings as part of larger exterior renovation project.These openings are in the 123-year-old limestone block facade and are very visible, facing the parking lot and main street. The new custom louvers manufactured by Airolite matched our field measurements precisely and since they came insulated from the factory, no extra labor was required to complete the install. They fit in place perfectly, look great, and the client was
very happy with the final product.
