Ray Fogg Building Methods recent project at Seasons Business Park West and East are two fully developed commercial warehouse spaces located in Stow, Ohio. Air Control Products collaborated with engineer Ted Miller to specify the radiant heat, flue pipe and high volume low speed ceiling fans for the space. Each space was outfitted with air rotation units that now utilize Metal-Fab Inc’s PIC material with 1” airspace insulation, 304 inner and aluminized outer shell. ACP sales representative Jon Frank worked with the mechanical contractor, Comfort Environmental to field measure and verify the material, confirm proper specification and get all the material ordered. The jobs also utilized Advanced Radiant Systems infrared heaters in the delivery bay spaces. Each heater was 50 feet long and 200,000 BTU. These heaters are used to add heat to the warehouse dock bays. Also, in the dock area Greenheck’s HVLS fans are showcased. The three 16 feet diameter fans create the right amount of air movement in the warehouse space all while blending in perfectly architecturally.
