What is your current position and role at Air Control Products?
Currently I am a Project Manager in Sales Training.
How long have you been with ACP, and what other roles have you worked in if any since you started?
I have been with ACP for 10 months and started in estimating and I am currently in sales training doing some project management with two salespeople at the Cleveland office. Thank you to Cece Reilly and Brandon Burgett for your guidance over these past 10 months!
What brought you to Air Control Products, and what was it about ACP that made you to join our team?
A LinkedIn post is what first exposed me to Air Controls Products. Andrew Tabata reposted a hiring link and he was able to make the introduction to Michael Greene. After coming on site for a shadow day with some sales folks and numerous ACP employees in all departments I was able to get a real sense of the company culture and the collaborative environment in the office. Everyone was willing to discuss their roles with me, their tenure at ACP, and why they love ACP. It was great to hear this from not only management, but individuals in all departments that had been at the company for anywhere between a year to 30+ years.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of this job is the amount of learning that comes along with it. There is so much product knowledge and details that go into this role and every day feels completely different with the manufacturers we rep. On top of this I love how helpful all the employees are. There are countless resources in this office and if I am struggling to find an answer or solution, everyone is willing to help. The people at ACP are truly what makes it so great.
What are your hobbies – what do you do when not at work?
I enjoy golfing, being outdoors, and checking out the breweries in the Cleveland area. I will be getting my first dog this weekend so I am sure that will be keeping me busy.
Do you have a favorite family tradition?
My favorite family tradition will always be Christmas. We usually wrap up Christmas Eve by watching old home videos as a family from past Christmas’ and it is always entertaining to see how much has changed over the years.
Air Control Products 2024 Innovation EXPO wrap up
The 2024 ACP Innovation EXPO was a resounding success, demonstrating the power of collaboration and innovation in the HVAC industry. We had the honor of welcoming over 450 attendees, including HVAC professionals, general contractors, engineers, and course instructors, all eager to explore the latest advancements and network with peers.

Organizing an event of this magnitude is always a significant undertaking, and we couldn’t have done it without our dedicated ACP Team. Their hard work and commitment laid the foundation for what turned out to be the best EXPO we’ve produced yet.

Perry Local Schools
Three brand new school buildings within one district all under construction simultaneously presented its own degree of difficulty. While product and usage were similar between all three locations, each had their own unique challenges. Ensuring the correct products were shipped to the correct locations was key.
